Q: What is Competency Document Upload?
A: It’s a new feature in Cru Software that allows you to easily upload, store, and manage critical competency documents such as certifications, licenses, and training records, all within the rostering platform.

Q: How does the pricing lock work?
A: If you sign up before the release of the Competency Document Upload feature, your cost per worker will be locked in at the current rate—forever. This applies even as we continue to improve and expand the platform. Promotion ends October 15th 2024

Q: What is the cost per worker?
A: $10 per active worker. What is an active worker? Monthly Active Worker refers to any worker rostered on a shift at least once within a calendar month. The count of Monthly Active Workers will be used to calculate the monthly usage for each quarter.

Q: Will I have to pay extra for future updates?
A: No! By locking in your pricing now, you’ll automatically receive new features like Competency Document Upload at no additional cost.
